Description
Dr. Brown met with the patient to discuss his aesthetic concerns and surgical options for improving the appearance of the upper and lower eyelids. Following their discussion, they agreed to proceed with bilateral upper and lower eyelid rejuvenation. The planned lower eyelid procedure will include transcutaneous muscle flap elevation and lateral canthopexy to provide additional support to the lower eyelids.
